Do’s And Don’ts Of Exercising With Lower Back Pain Symptoms
Today is day 3. What is your favorite part of the program so far? Are you ready to challenge your upper body with Upper Fix? Yesterday we focused on the upper body and today on the lower body. Today we’re doing the Fall Bottom Fix. Be prepared to tone your glutes, quads, hamstrings and calves for maximum calorie burn. Fall also allows you to perform his exercises in place of the Lower Fix. This exercise is designed to quickly strengthen the lower body and help shape and define the thighs and glutes.
Do you feel a lot of pain? I understand. Whether you haven’t exercised in a while or just aren’t used to some of the movements in the program, your body is probably feeling it. But it means that everything is working and you are on your way to getting stronger.
What I like to do after a hard routine is reach for Beachbody Performance Recover. The chocolate flavor is my go-to (I’m looking for a vegan formula) and I tend to drink it within 20 minutes of a workout. 20 grams of protein and BCAAs help speed up muscle recovery, and after some of these fall workouts, it’s the least I can do for my muscles!
