After reading the store’s sizing policy, wear tight clothing that won’t get in the way, then have a pen and paper ready to record the following measurements with duct tape;

• BEST – First, measure your bra size by using a tape measure to measure your upper body just below your bust, placing the tape measure on your bra. Round to nearest integer. If the number is even, add four inches. If odd, add five. Your bracelet size is the sum of this calculation. For example, if your measurement is 32 inches, your bust size is 36. Then place the tape measure under your armpits and around the most protruding point around your breasts (level with the nipple). To calculate your cup size, subtract your bracelet size from your bust size. Use these measurements to refer to the size chart to choose the correct size. Some sports bra brands make this easier by choosing the right size for your t-shirt, such as small, medium, or large.
• NATURAL Waist — measured from the top of the pelvis, above the hips and below the ribcage.
• WATER — Wrap the tape measure around your entire body, making sure it fits snugly but not too tight.

• Arms — With biceps flexed and relaxed, wrap the tape measure tightly around the biceps both times and record the measurement.
• HEIGHT – If necessary, stand straight against the wall, touch your head, back and heels, then have someone measure the distance from the wall marker to the floor using a flexible, non-elastic tape measure.
Start by choosing the fit you like best: classic, casual, slim and comfortable. This will give you a rough idea of how your final match will play out. Then, using a flexible tape, take the following body measurements and write them down as you do;

• BEST — Wrap the tape under your armpits and around your chest in line with your nipples.
• Shoulder Width – measure a tape measure completely straight, following the natural curve of your back, from the outer edge of the left shoulder to the right.
• ARM LENGTH — Run the band from the outer edge of the shoulder to the wrist bone.

• BICEP – Place the tape measure around the largest point of your relaxed biceps and record the value.
• Waist LINE — Position the tape measure four fingers away from your navel, then wrap the tape measure around your belly in line with your navel.
• Thighs — Wrap the tape around the widest point of the buttocks, just above the crotch line.

• INSIDE — Take off your shoes and spread your feet slightly, placing the tape measure (with slight tension) at the highest center point below the crotch line, following the natural shape of the inner foot to the floor.
While US, UK and Australian clothing sizes are generally age-based, it is recommended that you use a tape measure and (follow instructions above for men and women) accurately measure your child’s body, then refer to the size chart to find the right size clothing according to your measurements. For example, choose tight pants for children;
• To determine the height, measure the inside seam. This is measured from the floor to the center of the crotch, along the inside of the leg. Then compare your child’s measurements with the specific size chart of the brand of clothing you are buying.
