Cleaner acknowledges and agrees that all originals and copies of records, reports, documents, lists, plans, memoranda, notes, and other documentation related to Client’s business containing Confidential Information are the sole and exclusive property of the Client which may be returned to the Client upon termination of this Agreement or at the written request of the Client.

B.) Ordering. Client agrees that it is difficult to measure damage to Client’s business from any violation of Sanity under this Section, therefore, any monetary damages will not be an adequate remedy for such violation. Accordingly, Cleaner agrees that if it violates this Section, Client is entitled, in addition to all other remedies available to it at law.
