Residential Lease Agreement Template – An Arizona residential lease is an agreement that allows a landlord to rent a property to a tenant that is usually paid on the 1st of each month. Arizona has no grace period for unpaid rent. These provisions can help add structure to the contract, ensuring that both parties understand their rights and what they can and cannot do. One potential consequence of having a contract that is too broad and simple is that the tenant may “fake it” and then claim that they did not consider their act to be against the terms of the lease.
